By using ShipperPal.com, international shoppers are supplied with a MailBox Address in the US. When making purchases from online stores based in the US, these shoppers can use this address for shipping. The items are then sent directly to our facility, after which we ship them to the shopper's preferred destination, leading to significant savings on international shipping costs.

We base our shipping rates on either the actual weight or the dimensional weight, whichever is greater. The denominator utilized for centimeter-based dimensions is 6000, while for pound-based measurements, it is 167.

Yes, there are restrictions on what items can be shipped with shipper Pal. The following items are not allowed to be shipped:

*alcohol
*artwork or antiques
*cash or currency or negotiable instruments in bearer form (like cheques, activated credit cards, money orders, promissory notes, travellers cheques, bankers drafts, bonds, open tickets)
*human remains including ashes
*living creatures, plants and products (eg. animal skin, fur, poultry, meat, produce and tobacco)
*narcotic substances
*perishable goods
*pornography
*precious metals and stones
*weapons, firearms and ammunition
*goods requiring special license without prior arrangements being made
*goods that may cause damage or delay to other goods
*goods packaged likely to cause injury to any person
*goods inadequately packaged
*packages that are wet or leaking
*Dangerous goods may only be accepted and carried in accordance with the current International Air Transport Association (IATA) Dangerous Goods Regulations.
*Any items prohibited by any law, regulation or statute of any country to or through which the items may be shipped.

Yes, we do charge an amount of $2 to $10 per result number of boxes, the price varies by products type, weight and repackaging type.
Dimensional weight is calculated as (length × width × height) / (dimensional factor)

The shipping fee is based upon the dimensional weight or the actual weight, whichever is greater.
The concept of dimensional weight has been adopted by the transportation industry worldwide as a uniform means of establishing a minimum charge for the cubic space a package occupies. In fact, UPS and FedEx both announced that starting 2015, shipping charges on all shipments (air and ground) will be determined by greater of the actual weight and dimensional weight of a package. Prior to this announcement, dimensional weight charges were only applicable to packages of a specific size range.
